Saying “goodbye” to the tiny prints

jeffords-cip-0038I don’t think this will come as a big surprise, but having a baby makes you really ponder life. What really matters? What will he become?  How do I want to spend my time…?

And really, it’s a good thing, this evaluation of life and priorities. Refocusing is beautiful.

As I reflected on last year and look into the next, I hope to send a WHOLE LOT of artwork out into the world (because I totally believe that beauty is contagious, and beauty is my jam), but as I look at the work I most resonate with, and the pieces I am creating, they’re all rather large.  And my prints look best BIG (IMO), and, to be honest, the tiny prints are simply not profitable right now (both in the way I chose to spend my time, and in actual $).  So, for this season, while my babe is tiny and I my studio hours a bit more limited, we’re saying goodbye to the tiny prints.

3×5 “mini print” sets, 5×7 and 6×6 landscape prints.

They might come back at some point, but if you’ve had your eye on a tiny guy, this is your moment!

So, starting March 1st, the smallest landscape reproduction will be 8×10 (which will become $35 instead of $40 — woohoo!) and the largest size will be 38×52  which is STUNNINGLY large.   This super-big will only be an option for some of the prints, others will stay at the sizes listed (aka, still rather big…).

But for now, scoop up any print (large, small, in between) for 15% off through the end of the month!
