Hello! And happy Monday! I hope you’re not feeling to worn out and drab this morning… I have to admit, right now, I am. I stayed up a bit too late working on my pretty awesome new art table!! Who would have thought it would take so long to paint a table and two chairs? But, it’s going to look great when it’s done, so it’s worth it.
So, to calm and sooth everything, I have created this little collection of teal pieces. Teal does wonders for the eyes and soul… (and it really makes me want to walk along the beach!)
1. “Bug” a fine art photograph by Ina Christensen of Walking To Jericho. I love the graphic “B” and the clean contrast in this photograph. ($30) | 2. The delicate watercolor effects in this original painting, “Seagrass in Turquoise” are so beautiful! Kerri Shipp was inspired by vintage botanical study paintings. ($25) | 3. Isn’t this unique and special? A hand painted original art Scrabble tile ring, “Regency Lady” created by Jocelyn Pryor. ($24)
Love the sea grass paintings!

Can’t wait to see the table! Everytime I start a project I also think oh this will be a chinch and then it takes hours. Post a pic when you are done.

I can’t wait to see the table either! I’ll be sure to show it off a bit when it’s all done. WHEN…. that’s the key word…….. ahh.

I just followed your blog, so I will be checking in to see the table when you have it all completed and I hope you will feel less worn out very soon.
This is a lovely trio of teal and my Lady in Yellow is very happy to be here! Thank you!

Eeek! TABLE IS DONE! Oh goodness, that took too long. But worth it! No more painting on my stunning dinning room table…
Now to set up the room and hang some artwork!
I’ll show you all soon!

That first picture with the blue letter ‘B” has just stuck with me since I saw it on Monday. I just love it, and am looking for an excuse to experiment with that color. Hopefully I won’t have to wait longer …
