Hello, and happy Friday!!

I’m so happy to finally be getting an art table this weekend!!!  You have no idea what this is going to do for my sanity (and my dear husband’s…).  Ok, so the table we’re getting is pretty, umm, “loved” (aka, old, nasty, and a bit weird looking… ) but don’t worry.  I have paint and I have painting skills and I have a few pretty rad ideas.  I mean really, if I’m going to try out something fun, it might as well be on the art table right?    Check out my pinterest if you want to get a glimpse of some of my brilliant plans.

Have you ever seen anything like this?  She takes the traditional and, (let’s be honest) some-what dull art form of calligraphy to a whole new level.  each and every letter is a work of art!
As a painter, the colors in this poem are amazing to me.  They are all so clean and pure, yet blend together beautifully.  And as a designer, the typography is amazing and the swirls and the weight of the letter forms steal the show!
