Wow, how fun would it be to walk out to the mail box, and find a sweet note designed by Rifle Paper Co. waiting there for you? That would pretty much make my day!
These designs are so fun, whimsical, flower-y, happy, romantic, and sweet. Rifle Paper Co. does a great job keeping the designs simple, yet full of vintage inspired beauty and whimsy. So happy. Anna Bond, the creative director and designer, does a fantastic job of creating illustrations that echo times past with her hand lettering, and very natural gauche paintings. …I mean, really, writing a note down on paper, and sending it with an actual stamp seems historic these days, but that is exactly what makes it precious.
If you only had one stamp, who would you send a Rifle card to?
Me? My sweet Grandmother who sent me a nice long letter just last week and commissioned my first ever set of note cards (when I was about 8!) Trust me, they looked nothing like these…
I love what it says on Rifle’s website: “We strongly believe life’s personal stories and moments are best told through the gift of a hand-written card or note, and hope that our goods inspire you to share these moments with others.”
I’m super excited to share this part with you! These cuties are already very well priced, but on top of that, Rifle is offering a 15% discount off of their new “featured” spring line! Just enter: ‘BLOOM12’ through April 11.
Who would you like to send one to first?
And with that, Happy Thursday!
PS. Follow me on twitter to see what I’m up to! Hint: Today I’m going to a real, legit fort, and then eating a lot of fresh seafood. And there may be cute babies photographed along the way…
You’re onto a good thing–these are just beautiful. I probably owe my grandma one too. x
