Ok, I cannot blame you if your can’t peal your eyes away to even read these words. Talk about stellar design! You know I have a thing for black and white designs, painting, decorations… everything… but these designs, by Bureau Rabensteiner, take the cake (wow, ok, no pun intended.) They are flashy, classic, and tastefully designed.
Bureau Rabensteiner is a design firm based in Innsbruck, Austria and created by Mike Rabensteiner. Check out more of his work in these lookbooks. But I must warn you, the photography is shockingly brilliant, the contrast is so dramatic, and the subject matter (Mike takes us along on his travels and creative adventures) is so inspiring that you may be forced to spend an hour of your day looking through pages and pages of beauty. There. You’ve been warned. Now get on over there!
This has to be one of the most stylish bakery logos ever designed, and I am in love with the cityscape illustration on the back of the business card. Stunning.
Happy Thursday!
I’m so excited right now… my sister is coming for a visit! We’re going to have some adventures, I’m sure.

Some fantastic photography too! Definitely mesmerizing!

It’s Wonderful!
Ok, couldn’t resist there. But yeah, I know what you mean about black and white – it can be very elegant. Looking at something in BW without the, er, hassle, of going over the colors is nice.

That’s true! I never thought of it quite that way, but yes, BW pieces are easier to process and are therefor “easier” to look at. Love them….
